- Do your lights include bulbs?
- Most of our fixtures are integrated LED, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to replace for the life of the fixture.
- What colour temperatures do you offer?
- Depending on the product you can choose warm white (3000K), natural white (4000K) or cool white (6000K). Several models switch between all three.
- Are the lights dimmable?
- Products listed as dimmable support step or remote dimming. Check the options on the product page before ordering.
- Which plug type will I receive?
- Where a plug is required you can select US, EU, UK or AU at checkout on the product page.
- Is installation difficult?
- Ceiling and wall fixtures ship with mounting hardware and instructions. If you are hard-wiring into mains power we recommend a qualified electrician.
- What is the warranty?
- Every fixture is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
