Processing
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a tracking link the moment it ships.
Delivery times
Standard delivery arrives in 7–14 business days. Express options, where available, arrive in 3–7 business days. Larger fixtures may ship separately from smaller items in the same order.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders over $150. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Damaged or faulty items
Glass and diffusers are packed carefully, but if something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
How to start a return
Email support@aureliohome.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions within one business day.
